Adam Leavitt - Director

 Coach Leavitt spent nine seasons as an assistant coach at Cal Lutheran University and during his tenure as a collegiate coach gained valuable experience coaching collegiate athlete as well as youth ball players.  Coach Leavitt was an instrumental part in Cal Lutheran's success on the field as an infield instructor and hitting coach.  He developed a clear understanding of the collegiate recruiting process producing dozens of all conference players.  

Leavitt was born and raised in Thousand Oaks and grew up playing in Thousand Oaks Little League.  He was a member of the 1999 Marmonte League Champion baseball team at Thousand Oaks High School and was the L.A. Times Ventura County Player of the Year in 2000, as a senior.  A 2005 graduate from Cal Poly-SLO, Leavitt earned First Team All Big West second baseman honors and was named the Ozzie Smith Most Valuable Player in 2003.  He still holds the all time record for double plays turned in a season, and career, for the Mustangs.  During his time at Cal Lutheran Coach Leavitt earned a Master's Degree and completed his thesis titled "Evolution of Youth Baseball."  Coach Leavitt lives in Moorpark with his wife Monica, son Hunter and daughter Cora.

Coach Rob has been with the Royals since 2013. A 4-year graduate at Cal Lutheran, he competed for the Kingsmen as a reliever, closer and starter from 2007-2010. An All-Decade honoree, Coach Rob knows what it takes to have success at the collegiate level. A member of the Conejo Oaks for the 2008 & 2009 seasons, he led the Oaks to a 2009 National Baseball Congress World Series quarter final finish in Wichita, Kansas. Coach Rob is currently pursuing his MBA at Cal Lutheran.

Steve Omlor

A 4-year player at Cal Lutheran, Coach Steve began his collegiate career in 2005 patrolling the outfield until he found success as a relief pitcher. Since 2013 Coach Steve has been sharing his coaching and playing expertise as a member of the Conejo Royals staff. Prior to joining the Royals, he helped lead the Agoura High School Lacrosse team to a 48-4 record over 3 years and back-to-back Great LA Chapter championships. Never forgetting his true passion, Coach Steve is looking forward to focusing his talents on the Conejo Royals. In his leisurely time, Coach Steve can be heard at Cal Lutheran home games where he performs his duties as the PA announcer.

Ron Leavitt

Ron is in his fourth season as a member of the Royals staff and brings 20+ years of youth coaching experience.  As an integral part of the operation, Ron also enjoys spending time on the field with his son.
